Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All in stock orders are processed within 2 business days.

 

Business days include Monday to Friday and exclude nationwide holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, they will still be processed within 2 business days. If any changes to shipping times occur, the buyer will be notified by email.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Customs duties and taxes do not apply as all items are shipped within Australia (no international).

Damages

Wrestling Store Australia is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy

If your item is damaged badly, please email wrestlingstoreaustralia@gmail.com with a photo of the item and description. If we deem that the item is damaged to a reasonable extent, we will email a shipping label paid by us to you so you can return the item for free. Within 2 days of the return being delivered, a refund will be processed. This may take up to a week to appear in your account. Little damage like dents and creases in boxes will not warrant a return.
