What service do you use?
Wrestling Store Australia uses Australia Post to ensure you can easily track your order and manage it. Rarely, it may be necessary to use a different carrier and we reserve the right to change carries without notice.
When will my order ship?
Please ensure your item is not a preorder item, as a preorder won’t ship until it is in stock. In stock orders will ship within one week, often on Wednesday. Shipping times are listed at checkout.
Preorder’s or Backorder’s
These items when combined with in stock items will ship with the in stock items. This means in stock items will be held until all items in your shipment come in stock. We can ship part of your order for a surcharge.
Change Of Mind
Change of mind orders cannot be canceled. In some instances, they can be exchanged for other items at the discretion of Wrestling Store Australia. This may not always be possible, some items cannot be exchanged for other items.
We do not accept returns outside of consumer law. If an item is faulty or not as described, please reach out for a replacement. You cannot return an item without probable cause.
We do everything possible to ensure your item arrives in good condition, however we do not offer refunds or replacements for box damage. This is an assumed risk by the customer and Wrestling Store Australia does not assume this risk. Postal damage from the courier will not be covered by Wrestling Store Australia.
Wrestling Store Australia offers refunds, however please note the refund may be sent via a different payment method than used in an order. The refund will also incur a 15 percent fee for processing and payment provider fees. We reserve the right to refuse cancelation at our own discretion.
Product delays are unfortunately inevitable. Delays within 3 months of the estimated time frame can warrant an exchange for different items. Outside of 3 months, we will offer a refund if requested (no fee).
We do not cover or insure product defects. Please reach out to the manufacturer for replacements of items that have paint application or joint issues.
